In order to present its new DOM115, Baglietto’s latest creation, the shipyard chose Fort Lauderdale (US) as its debut venue and a sales force meeting of North American brokerage houses held at the Yacht Club.
“We committed to this project,” explained Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto CCO, “in order to respond to a growing number of requests from clients who had appreciated the stand-out elements of the DOM 133 but were looking for a yacht of leaner dimensions. This new model responds perfectly to the needs of the market, allowing us to enter the superyacht segment with a product featuring truly unique features, constructed in steel and aluminium“.
The DOM115, the 35-metre entry-level model from the DOM series, of which no less than 8 examples have been sold over the last two years, bears the signature of designer Stefano Vafiadis for the exteriors and re-proposes the stylistic features that were at the heart of the success achieved by the DOM133.
Among the model’s key features are the considerable volumes, the use of large panoramic windows, and, worthy of particular note, the doors of the main deck saloon which, with full-height windows, allow for a 270-degree view that can also be found on the fully glazed upper deck.
Other characterising features, in addition to the absolute customisability that the DOM115 allows owners, include the stern area developed on three levels and the garage equipped with a side opening.
The Baglietto DOM115 is also available in a version that features a hybrid engine system; with the traditional one consisting of two MANs the model reaches 14.5 knots. The first DOM115, available for sale, is scheduled for delivery in May 2025.
