Cantiere Navale Baglietto and Portofino Yacht Marina, the municipality’s company that has administrated Portofino’s marina from March 2021, have announced their partnership agreement aimed at enhancing the value of their respective brands in order to promote their image, strengthening their commitment to the culture and traditions of the sea.
“The partnership born today between two historical Ligurian traditions, such as Portofino and Baglietto,” commented Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto (pictured on the left alongside Matteo Viacava), “enriches the value of our territory, a value that has always been a clear expression of our style and character.”
“Two exceptional realities, coming together to enhance the beauty and tradition of Liguria throughout the world, all in the name of sustainability,” the words of Matteo Viacava, Mayor of Portofino.
This partnership between the historic Ligurian shipyard founded in 1854 and Portofino Yacht Marina will kick off with the world premiere presentation of the first hull from the 52-metre T52 line, the first Baglietto with a hybrid engine, scheduled to take place on 17th and 18th May in the “world’s most famous marina“.
